Hampton Inn & Suites Albany-East Greenbush

We were up visiting a critically ill family member at Albany Medical Center. This hotels location was a quick 15min drive to the hospital. We stayed for 5 nights. There's Dunkins Starbucks convenience stores and a few restaurants within 5mins of the hotel. The room was exceptional, we stayed in a King bed room. The TV was an impressive 55" the bathroom was massive and the shower was very nice. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. Food was delicious and me and the hubby couldn't get enough of the apple juice! Coffee was meh and the hot water for tea was barely hot to steep the tea, but doesn't effect the stars given. It was very weird that the bathroom lights where automatic...staff was amazing and very accommodating when I had to keep changing my reservation to add

What a fantastic hotel! Wonderful front desk staff!! Very clean rooms. Not a huge fan of the timed lights in bathroom. I was taking a shower and lights went off. Very dark in bathroom. Breakfast was very good. If I come back to this area I would definitely stay at this property!

We planned a trip to see fall foliage and understandably most hotels were booked. This location was one of few that happened to have rooms available for our 15 person party. We’ve never stayed at a Hampton inn but we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived after midnight and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location itself was nice and quiet. Breakfast service was exceptional. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really disappointed with this hotels front desk service. The one girl is always so rude and nasty. Never smiles, and when you talk to her it’s always in such a rude tone. My son had an accident in there room so I went to the desk to ask for housekeeping to come even though we weren’t supposed to have it, and she was rude the entire time, and was snippy when she asked what my room number was. Not to mention that I’m still waiting for the $50 security deposit back. As well as the person on the floor up above us stomped around the entire night, so all we heard was them from 11pm-3am stomping around. My fiancé couldn’t sleep which is terrible when you stay for 4 days. Not to mention I know for a fact that I left my oaplex shampoo there because I left it on the corner by the shower head and no
