Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Albany East Greenbush

I stayed at this hotel on 1/31/26 after a 2 hour drive in for the Rascal Flatts concert. The hotel was right off the highway and so close to basically anything you could need. There is a Cracker Barrel and a Denny’s practically in the same parking lot as the hotel. We were very excited to get back after the concert and go over to Denny’s before bed. The parking lot was close to the door so you don’t have to walk a mile. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. The room overall was great. Super clean, very comfortable beds. Big enough for 3 women to get ready for a night out. We Ubered to/from the MVP Arena and we had no issues with that at all. It was about a 10 minute car ride to the venue. This is a great hotel with a welcoming staff! We arrived early for a business trip and the people who greeted us for our stay were so nice! Sherwyn and Laurie helped us check in! They were so nice and had our room ready so we were able to check in early! Laurie was so sweet and celebrated our almost being Marriott gold status which was so great!||Roger was working the desk in the evenings and a lot of the time we were there and he was so nice and super helpful as well! So nice to have easy going nice people in charge!||Great room with a little extra living room! Comfortable bed! Easy parking! Great breakfast lots of options! Hot coffee available all the time! I typically prefer an Air BNB but this hotel was a great place to stay. I was in town for a week for business. Every staff person was kind, said hello, and helpful. I accidentally left my wallet on the counter and they kept it safe until I picked it up. The facilities are clean and comfortable. I’m happy we chose to book here.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff was friendly, helpful, they were fantastic! Shay at the front desk was the greatest! Also great was Umel, Bedsti, and the maintenance man who fixed my TV, after I dropped something behind it knocking the cable wire out (my screw up) The best hotel stay I've had in a long time!!
