Hampton Inn Springfield South Enfield

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean, and all of the staff are very friendly and accommodating to all guests. We were given room 510, a room with two queen beds. The room is a bit outdated in it's furniture design, but they did update the beds, and the interior corridors, but regardless the room was very clean and very comfortable. They will clean your room everyday, so long as you don't have the do not disturb sign on the door, but even if you miss a cleaning you can get all that you need from the front desk, including after hours if needed. All of the staff at this hotel went above and beyond for all guests, they smiled and greeted guests and were very approachable and eager to help any guest in need of anything to help make their stay comfortable, they d

Positive: The staff were great! Negative: One of the lights didn’t work and the sink drained slowly. Also visible mildew in the bathroom.

My family and I visit this hotel annually for our fall getaway. There is a group of us so we book 2-3 rooms. The staff, amenities, rooms and breakfast were all great! The rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub area is nice and the breakfast was hot and fresh. This particular stay included a mishap that Sharon at the front desk took care of for us. We had booked a certain type of room but at check in were told that the king suite wasn’t available and we had to stay in a room with 2 queen beds instead because that’s all they had. I explained to Sharon that the reason we book at least one of the rooms as a suite is so we can all spend time together in one of our rooms. She offered us one of the conference rooms at night to hang out in and allowed us to bring food/beverage in there as well. She

Staff was amazing, but everything else was trash. Constantly smelled of marijuana throughout the room and hotel. Pool was murky smelled of dirty feet. Hot tub was murky, filled with nasty water and smelt weird. Elevators were broken. Breakfeast was disgusting, only thing edible was packaged items. I have stayed at many Hilton/Hampton Inns, and they have been amazing, this one was horrible.

Great location plenty of stores nearby and food. Breakfast at hotel is good the cleaners had attitude and we're not patient me and my wife had already pushed buttons for elevator to go down. Then the cleaner with a red bandana on her head came up and hit the elevator to go up. And kept hitting the buttons while we're just standing there waiting to go down. Then she walked away and then the elevator opened so we got in it and tried to go down but because she hit the buttons to go up it wouldn't allow us to go down so we had to step off and wait for the next elevator It was very infuriating my wife wanted to say something to the lady. She was rude however I just wanted to get out of there without any conflict. People just are so disrespectful these days.
