Hampton Inn Shelton

We had a great stay here during the Can Am in Shelton. The rooms were large and clean. The gym was spacious. The best part of the experience was the staff. I left something in my room that was of value and of importance. When I got home I noticed the items were missing. I called the hotel, housekeeping had the items and someone shipped them to me the next day. I thought for sure the items were stolen but two days later they arrived via Fed Ex. Outstanding service!!

Positive: Rooms extremely clean and well laid out. Returned to our room early afternoon and surprised to find it being cleaned, was cleaned every day. This unfortunately has become the exception not the rule for most hotels,, who clean upon request or similar Negative: No

A Five-Star Experience at the Hilton Inn, Bridgeport We recently stayed at the Hilton Inn in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and we just have to share how outstanding their service was. During our checkout, my partner Janelle accidentally left behind her leather jacket in the room. We didn’t even realize it until we were already on the road. But here’s the amazing part: Ms. Amy, a wonderful staff member at the hotel, not only found the jacket but arranged for it to be shipped back to us via FedEx. It’s arriving tomorrow, and we’re just so grateful. This kind of care and attention to detail really makes all the difference. They truly went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. So if you’re ever in Bridgeport and need a place to stay, we can’t recommend the Hilton Inn enough. They do

Really bummed that they closed the waterslide. That's the only reason we booked this hotel. Found out only after we arrived. Despite the description, the pool is not heated. My kids didn't want to get in. It also had a lot of hair floating in it. According to my 8-year-old, "were there group of chimpanzees swimming in here?"
