Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach-Northwood

We were in Myrtle beach for three days attending the Jr. Beta Club Covention. Returning here was a great wind down. The hotel was nice and quite. At check in my information was not on my booking but Tristan was very helpful, patient and pleasant with me. Breakfast was great and hot every morning! The breakfast area was nice and spacious the news was playing on the TV and it was still quiet. The staff w as very friendly as well. My on Tuesday night my daughter was able to visit the pool. She was extremely excited about the indoor pool. I expected the room to be cold, but surprisingly it was not, the room was very warm. The entire hotel stay was great! I was in town for a youth soccer tournament, and our club had booked us a block of rooms at this Hampton Inn. Upon arrival I immediately felt uncomfortable in my 5th floor room. The room was humid and smelled like mildewy towels. The 5th floor hallway smelled weird and there was black mold on the ceiling. I debated how comfortable I would be spending the whole weekend there, and ultimately decided to check out and go to another hotel. I informed the front desk that I had issues with my room, would've been nice if they had not charged me for the room, but they did. Still glad I switched hotels, because otherwise it would've been a miserable weekend at this Hampton Inn.

This hotel is a gem. Matt at the front desk was amazing. We’ve been a Hilton Honors member forever, and always stay with their group. Our suite was extremely clean well appointed everything you could need. I totally recommend staying here. And again Matt great job

Loved our stay at the Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach. Super clean rooms, comfy beds, and really friendly staff. Breakfast was solid and the location made everything easy — close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. Great value and just an overall smooth, stress-free stay. Would definitely come back.
