Parking was great. Plenty of it and free. Check-in was fine. The guy seemed a little bummed to have to get off his phone to check me in, but he was nice once we started the interaction. Our room was spacious and clean with a mini refrigerator. The window overlooked a nearby roof, stream and woods. Quite a bit of trash in the woods if some good Samaritan wanted to clean that up. There was a chair in the room which had a cushion which really needs replaced. Also, the layout of the bathroom was a bit strange. The toilet was separated from the sink by a wall, but the towels were above the toilet. They'd be better on a rack on the wall. Breakfast was OK. Make-your-own waffles, bagels, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs. The guy at check-out was great. No major issues and the pric
Easy access to U of I, room clean. Did not have luck with TV...no streaming service and the 'on- screen' guide was stuck at early am times....but for just one night it was fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good
Stayed here because we were going to U of I hospital. Reservations were helpful. Staff, especially Sierra, was great. Hotel was clean despite being a little older. It was quiet, which we REALLY appreciated due to a long day. Close to U of I hospital. Dining nearby. All staff members were friendly and always said hello.
We had a great stay. Everyone was super friendly, from check-in, housekeeping, breakfast woman (so nice!), and other front desk interactions. Rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and plentiful, and even though it was a football weekend, it was nice and quiet. My only suggestion for improvement would be the bed pillows. The feather pillows were decent, but the other pillows were lumpy and felt old.
Everything was good. Greeted immediately upon arrival and recognized as a Silver Member, including seeing my name on the board in the lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from and the employee working kept everything refilled as needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
