Hampton Inn Gulf Shores

This hotel is very nice! Clean, welcoming atmosphere was a fresh relief from other hotels in Gulf Shores. I was greeted by an amazing front-desk attendant named Lovely who fulfilled all of our requests (some odd!) with a smile on her face. She truly lives up to her name. Housekeeping was also very friendly and very timely! We never had to worry about any dirty linens. The breakfast buffet was prepared well, and everything was hot! ||My friends and I stay in Gulf Shores multiple times a year and we believe we found our preferred choice of hotel! Kudos to the amazing employees and facilities.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!! The staff is hands-down, Lovely, OJ and more importantly Ashay helped me through my stay, Management team was spot on helped me with any problem. Breakfast was incredible Shandy and Shanisha hands-down the best breakfast attendance I’ve seen in a Hampton in a long time and House Keeping is doing a hell of a job room was spotless and clean.

For me, this hotel is superb!! Location is perfect. Very near to shop, convenient store and very safe 24 hours. THE STAFF PERFECTO!!! BIG shout out to LOVELY, oh my dear lovely.. Very sweet, helpful, very accommodating and genuinely polite in terms of everything. She guided me all the way and handled my check in smoothly. Woow! So impressed .... THE ROOM Spacious. Pet friendly. I slept extremely well during my stay. I will definitely make this hotel my regular stay. 5/5

We had a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back. The staff are amazing, great location, free breakfast, and pet friendly. The only issue we had was when we arrived there was some kind of spill/leak in front of the room. We got there around 8am and soon after they were cleaning it up. Their TVs also have streaming apps which is a game changer when traveling. A lot of hotels should take some pointers from the Hampton inn.
