Nice, pet friendly hotel. The room was clean and stocked. It had a really cool desk on wheels that was great for eating. Usually we're stuck eating on the bed or a coffee table. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and super helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad. They had all the basics you would normally get at major chains. Everything was hot, the area was kept clean. There was a large grassy area to take the dog out, close to the doors which was nice.

Positive: Comfortable beds, clean room, friendly breakfast staff, good breakfast Negative: Check in staff did not communicate well. There was a problem with a key card system and the dtaff just let us stand there without letting us know what was going on and why we were getting checked in.

check in was easy and quick as I had used the app. I was given the room I had requested. ||This hotel seemed to have a bit of age. ||The room was average sized and appeared clean.||the bed was clean and comfortable.||The fridge, microwave, and most importantly the TV worked fine. However, there were very few usable outlets for charging items near the bed. ||The room walls seemed to be somewhat thin in that I could hear people in the next room.||the wifi seemed OK.||The bathroom was OK sized, but the drain in the tub was very slow and I ended up standing in a few inches of water during my shower. There was no fan in the bathroom. There were plenty of towels.||as in a lot of hotels now the business center is just a printer. the computer itself was broken and I was told it had been for

Stayed one night on a business trip recently while passing through. Area has plenty of food options and lots of shopping areas. Seemed like a very safe area. Hotel was well lit and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was very outdated and needed a refurb in the worst way. The tub in my room was cracked and most of the property was very aged. Rooms could’ve been cleaner, however could’ve been much worse. Probably will pass on this hotel next time. There are better options close by.

Below Hilton Standards – Needs Updating. We arrived right at the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, but the room I had reserved (away from the elevator) was not available. The front desk staff were polite but clearly short-staffed; one even had to leave the desk for several minutes to check a room, leaving guests waiting. In the end, we were placed in a room directly next to the elevator—the opposite of what I had reserved. The room showed obvious maintenance issues. The toilet cycled every 20 minutes due to a leak, and the bathtub had rust stains and mold spots. Breakfast was underwhelming with rubbery eggs and dining chairs that had flaked off much of their surface. The location doesn’t help either. The “mall” next door is partially closed, and the hotel sits directly beside railroad tracks.
