Comfort Suites DuBois Country Club

This hotel has been good in the past, but my last stay was terrible. I rented 2 rooms from 12/31 to 1/1/26. My wife had to check in alone with our 3 kids and she stood there for over 40 minutes because they said our room was not ready. Then when we visited the pool it was appalling. The water was murky and had band aids and hair chunks in the water and all around the pool. There were no towels, and when we asked for towels we were denied because "a family kept using them all". The hot tub was equally dirty and non functioning. Then in our room I checked the bed my kids were going to use to find a huge blood stain on the comforter! We also only had one working key. I tried to contact the supervisor to give them a chance to make it right, but never heard back after several calls trying to re

One of the highest priced hotels in the area. Rooms were fine. The TV had issues, and the breakfast was flavorless, low quality. Seems you're paying a premium for a poinsetta lined stairwell and lofty chandeliers.||||Also while we only stayed one night, there were signs everywhere saying a room will only be cleaned after a convo with the front desk. This struck me as quite odd.

This hotel was wonderful! It was clean and quite inviting, and the rooms were spacious as well. The beds were very comfortable. Best of all, Courtney in the Breakfast area each morning was pleasant and hard-working. She went above and beyond every day, picking up a wrapper that I dropped, giving me good suggestions on things to see and do in DuBois, all in all just a pleasant wonderful person! Comfort Suites is very lucky to have her! Ashley at the Front Desk also did a great job at making us feel welcome when we arrived!

Your breakfast is far superior to any other hotel in town. Pool area is perfect as well. Your breakfast staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. You can tell they take great pride in their work and enjoy serving and interacting with the guests. We won’t stay anywhere else and will eagerly give referrals whenever possible, mainly due to the breakfast staff and breakfast experience. Please don’t change the offerings! Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel is really beautiful! We were traveling as a family and everyone loved the pool, especially the slide. Our room was huge and had 2 Television sets. We played ping pong and hung out in the gorgeous library. The breakfast was perfect and the staff super friendly. We can't wait to stay here again.
