Hampton Inn Deadwood at Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort

We stayed two nights at the Tin Lizzie and had a wonderful experience overall. Our King Suite was clean, comfortable, and met all our needs—quiet at night with a refreshing shower that made it easy to relax after exploring. While our Hilton tier status didn’t add much beyond complimentary waters, the staff and amenities made up for it.||||Breakfast was excellent, with trays available so we could take food back to our room—a thoughtful touch. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Deadwood, perfect for walking the historic streets and enjoying everything the town has to offer. The gaming area is spacious with plenty of table games, and signing up for the players club even gave us $20 in free play, which was a fun bonus.||||A couple of downsides: the bathroom didn’t have a fan, so

The hotel was impressive. I loved the casino atmosphere & drinks were being served all around, with the bar in the gaming area. There is a pizza hut, sub shop, Starbucks and Paddy O' Neils Irish pub all connected...which was easy to walk to and from. Everything was clean and fancy. The room was very nice with a big TV and comfy beds. The breakfast room had alot of options. It was definitely worth the price!

Positive: Very nice room, great location, clean, the breakfast, and the help in the breakfast room was fantastic. Negative: Front desk needs work on customer service and greeting people. I hate to be negative towards service people but we travel and the front desk is definitely not trained well in expectations of guests. I have to add we are definitely not hard to satisfy.

Not only is dead wood.One of the most beautiful places i've been. The hotel made it even better. I came in from chicago with 5 hours of sleep in almost 60 hour and all I wanted to do was lay my head down and take a bath. In Heidi did everything in her power to make that happen. She showed kindness in empathy for middle age.Woman trying to live out her dream of traveling across america. I would highly recommend this location over some of the other paid parking lot locations.Not only can you save money, you get amazing service from Heidi fromThe front desk.

Friendly staff but the rooms are really set up weird. The sink in the bathroom is so tiny and the faucet is on the side not straight on so using it is difficult to wash your face. The slider door goes between the bathroom and is also your closet door….so think about that for a min your clean clothes and a bathroom door…Room was also not cleaned well. Shower (walk in only no tub) was slimy on the bottom and only one of the doors moves so you will get wet when turning it on. There was also strings of dust hanging down over one of the beds. |The hotel was clean in the halls but just needs some more cleaning in the rooms. The rooms were designed with cost effectiveness only not really guest comforts. We go to Deadwood a couple times a year, and this is more a location place to stay over luxur
