Hampton Inn Cumming

Jeffry was awesome and so nice. He truly made my families stay. This is one of my favorite Hampton inns now as we only stay at Hampton inn. Jeffry deserves a raise thank you so much for having such a awesome employee and clean hotel 10/10 will be back if ever passing through

Great location. Nice staff. Clean. Great breakfast. Nice rooms. But! If you are a night shift employee of Northside Hospital where they are conveniently located around the corner from, they honor the hospital employee discount but DO NOT allow early check in when you have worked 12 hours during the night. They want you to wait till 11am to check in. Every other hotel in the area honors the employee discount for Northside employees and ALSO allows early check in without an issue. Especially when you are also doing early check out, as well. But I do understand….the employees there at Hampton Inn can only do what management allows!

I have been using this hotel since 2003

The staff was very helpful and kind after canceling at another hotel earlier in the evening. Alan (I believe this was his name) made my reservation for me and my dog, going above and beyond with top-notch customer service. After staying the week for business, I continued to receive excellent customer service. Everyone loved my dog and he received lots of special pets from almost all the staff and even a ball from the two kind ladies behind the front desk. I spoke with Jeffrey upon returning from work during the week and he was very pleasant and accommodating as well-- even brewing a fresh pot of coffee for me after an exhausting day. Jeffery greeted me warmly at the front desk & then proceeded to graciously help me with a 3rd party booking snaffoo. I am grateful for his hospitality & professional expertise! The room was well appointed & very clean.
