Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Atlanta Cumming/Johns Creek

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. But the real standout was Michael at the front counter. He was absolutely the best—super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my visit. Great service like his makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

From the location to the staff to the room itself, we loved out stay here! The staff are genuinely friendly and courteous as they make it their job to see to it your stay is the best it can be. The rooms are clean and roomy as well very attractive to the eye. The breakfast is hot and fresh and with plenty of choices. We loved that they had a variety of free teas to choose from in the lobby. There is a workout room and pool that looks new and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

The Male receptionist on Feb 2/2026 (night shift) was rude to me. I had a form to sign up and wanted to show my reservation details for the hotel, so I put my hand on the desk. He said you can not do that, it's a violation of space. I acknowledged that and said sorry immediately. Then, he began to judge my nationality based on my appearance, which was not okay.

My stay (for business) was very uneventful, which is a good thing. The location of the hotel was very convenient and easy to get in and out and located near nice restaurant selections. The rooms were clean and the staff welcoming. My Bonvoy status was appreciated on check-in as well.

A 100% smoke-free hotel that is also environmentally conscious....oh heck yeah!!! The associates were kind and helpful. My room was very clean and had all the nice extras you'd hope to find. The Continental breakfast bar has so much to choose from, everyone will be able to find something to be happy with. The cleanliness was very notable and the desk associates were top shelf people.
