Hampton Inn Commerce

I had a very peaceful and comfortable stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were consistently kind and welcoming. Every interaction felt sincere: whether it was at check-in, asking for a recommendation, or just passing by the front desk. Their friendliness created a calm, reassuring atmosphere that made settling in easy. The room itself was cozy. The bed was especially comfortable, and the soft lighting and quiet surroundings made it easy to relax at the end of the day. It felt like a space designed for rest. What I appreciated most was how at ease I felt throughout my stay. The staff’s gentle attentiveness and the comfortable room combined to create a simple, tranquil experience. I would gladly return for that same sense of warmth and quiet comfort.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was friendly. The room was clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was friendly, no issues there. We stayed 6 nights and the breakfast only varies from two options. Overall, we agree that's this is the worst Hampton Inn where we've stayed. The rooms are tiny, modified cabinets with wire racks for clothing or food and hangers behind a curtain, on the wall next to a window. The AC was loud as heck, I really dislike the barn door style bathroom door. Next year, we are choosing a different Hilton brand of hotels.

I have traveled full time for work for 4 years, and this is by far the dirtiest Hampton Inn that I’ve ever stayed in. My first room had soaking wet carpet covering over half of the room. Soaked my socks the second I took my shoes off. Sticky and slick floors in the bathroom. The second room had AC that would not turn off, ever. Even when turning the thermostat to “off” it continued running. The air quality overall is nasty, moldy and physically made me sick. I had to check out after 2 days due to it ruining my respiratory system. Sore throat, clogged nose and chest. Went to the holiday inn across the street and the problems disappeared. This hotel needs serious attention to its ventilation and cleanliness. I cannot imagine it is safe for anyone’s health that stays here.

Definitely in need of a renovation. Front desk staff was nice, but they seem severely understaffed with regards to housekeeping. Overall, the property could certainly use some renovations and upgrades. Rooms were clean, just very worn and outdated.
