Hampton Inn closest to Universal Orlando

The best thing about the hotel is the closeness to Universal. But only one shuttle to Universal, which is too few. The rooms were big but the lack of cleaning of the room was terrible. The bathroom was not done at all. Just changing towels is not cleaning to me. The breakfast was simple. But if you have an allergy they won’t fix so you can get a substitute. For that high price I would have expected more. Never again.

The hotel’s location is excellent—conveniently close to most major theme parks, making it an ideal base for families and leisure travelers. Breakfast was tasty, with particularly excellent coffee that set a pleasant tone for the day. The property offers ample, well-organized parking, which made arrivals and departures hassle-free. The outdoor pool is well maintained with clean water and comfortable lounging areas. Elevators were reliable and kept in good, sanitary condition. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable choice for guests visiting the area. I normally choose Hampton by Hilton for its reliable standards, but my recent stay fell short due to serious service failures at check-in and check-out. Positive: "" Negative: They advertise shuttle to Universal but the shuttle only does once at 8AM. If you don’t want to go that early you must either drive or do ride share. Also, the hotel rooms are in need of an update.

Spacious, clean, and modern room. Friendly and helpful staff. Full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc on the walls are greatly appreciated. Free parking. Very conveniently located near parks, shopping, dining, and gasoline. Excellent breakfast with cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, and much more. This was our 2nd stay at this property.

It's a decent place to stay. I was just there for Universal and even with me being at the park most of the day I probably would book someone else next time. The pros - Very close to Universal Studios which is why I was there. Also, The price was great for the location. Standard Hampton Breakfast. AC ran great! The Cons - Loud bathroom fan. Water wouldn't stop dripping from the tub. Paper thin walls. I could hear someone in the room next to me set their keys on the counter as if it was happening in my room. Pillows go flat as a pancake.
