Hampton Inn Boca Raton-Deerfield Beach

Do not stay here, run, go somewhere else but dont stay here ever !!!!!!!!!! stayed here during our business trip. Not only was the staff during our check in less than helpful, they were either unable to comprehend or lack the proper training on how to look up thier own reservations and tried to charge me again ($2500)for the prepaid reservation that had already been paid for by my company. Our first morning in the hotel we decided to attempt to eat from their breakfast. That was a horrible mistake! The eggs, looked burnt, the biscuits were extremely hard, gravy was put out cold and when I asked for Salsa, the staff had no clue what I was talking about. (We ended up throwing it in the garbage and attempted to eat elsewhere) Later that very same day, we had a long day and all I wanted to do

Centrally located between Deerfield Beach and Boca, this hotel is the right mix between price and location. The hotel is spotless! The staff is 100% friendly and accommodating. I have stayed here 3 times now and will go. back again. Very quiet, as the rooms seem very insulated. Newly designed its atmosphere is clean and calm. The outdoor pool was spotless, the laundry facilities were all new LG machines. The gym was well equipped for a Hampton and the breakfast was very good.

I stayed at the Hotel based on the previous reviews for a work function. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was very good. Cleaning of the dining area needs to more often cleaned especially after daily breakfast. Tables were sticky. The floors had crumbs and food. The trash bins in the eating area need to be replaced. As the previous reviews mentioned, this hotel is popular among utilities workers, contracters. There were a lot of work vans parked in the parking lot.

I stayed over night with my significant other this weekend. I was greeted right away with a smile by the checkin sir. He asked if i was a Hilton reward member and he helped me find my account as he stated he wanted me to get my points. Check in was a breeze. He provided me with complimentary snacks and assigned me a room. We stayed in 213. It was nice and clean and had a pool view. We had no complaints. They serve breakfast in the morning and we had a lot to choose from. Waffles, oat meal, biscuits, muffins etc etc. Way better than the basic. I had a great stay and i would stay again.

I cannot say enough positive things about this location. I showed up at 11 o’clock at night with no reservation because of a family member’s medical emergency. I didn’t know how long I’d be there so I just kept extending my stay day-by-day. Melissa and Robert were both understanding and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were comfortable and had everything we needed to get through the difficult time we were going through. The room was comfortable and housekeeping was perfect. I will 100% stay there the next time I return.
