Hampton Inn Blytheville

All around 5 star rating. Quick access off the highway. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels. TV in the room was modern and of good size. Shower had good hot water with plenty of pressure. Temperature control in the rooms was efficient. Fitness room was clean with plenty of equipment to work out. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of options and fresh food. Check out was quick just like check in. If I had to recommend an improvement to the hotel; I would advise investing in more luggage carts. 2 carts for the entire hotel does not work but this is a minor inconvenience and carrying your own luggage is apart of travel. I was in town for a biz trip, and spent four nights here. Went to the outdoor pool on the first day, it was green and had debris all in it. Let them know via message from the AI or call center staff, whatever it is. They checked back daily to see if I was enjoying my stay, but the pool didn’t get cleaned until the day I was leaving. Not sure if they were just trying to let it ride until they closed the pool for the season, but with weather in the 90’s and 70’s at night, they need to pay more attention to this. |Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel. Typical Hampton, comfy beds and pillows, tasty coffee and breakfast. Staff was nice but didn’t go out of their way to greet or check in with you. Overall, I’d stay here again but as long as it’s summer weather.

I’ve stayed at 4 Hampton Inns in the past week. And 8 in the past 3 months. This was by far one of the worst I’ve stayed at. The two stars is only because The staff was friendly and polite or I would give it one star. We were traveling with 2 very young children and needed to stop for the night and usually with Hampton inn were safe. The lobby was ok, decently clean so I assumed we were good. Well we got into the room and it smelled very musty, not clean at all. The toilet had hair on it, so clearly was not cleaned in between. The shower was yellow (I don’t know if it was just stained or dirty), there was a chewed piece of old gum on the bathroom floor, so again, obviously not cleaned. The lady Danielle was very friendly at check in and recommended a Mexican restaurant for great food and service on a Sunday night and she was spot on.|We paid a total of $148/night for a depressing worn out room. The ac worked great as it was running at 65 when we walked in. The rooms need updates - bedspread was so old and crusty I didn’t dare touch it. Fairly clean bathroom - just dark and worn. The price of this room should be $69-$79 and we travel all over the United States. This room is the highest ranked in Blytheville - will stop somewhere else next time.

Stayed here 1 night. Really nice clean hotel. Front desk clerk was very friendly, she actually was born in the town we are from..small world 😀 the only bad thing was the breakfast....the eggs and potatoes were cold and the Danish was kind of stale..was also disappointed no sugar free syrup to go with waffles..but I would definitely stay again
