Deerfield Inn

Hotel needs help. Dog friendly. Room was filthy. Bed looked clean but strong perfume smell. Microwave rusty on inside. Refrigerator dirty inside, rusty, and stuff not removed. Hangers all rusty. After a long drive we slept here but left early and did not participate in breakfast. Lady at check in was extremely nice and lobby was clean and looked nice.

The cheap room came with 3 (not blind) mice! There was a mouse turd on the pillow and the room/motel needs some serious deep cleaning and remodeling. |I told Jeff at the front desk and her was very apolegetic but that does not get rid of mice. |If you decide to stay here please bring mice glueboards or your will be paying for extra mouths...yourself and the mouse family!

All was as expected for this price range. Television curiously required download purchase of streaming services . I trave under a backpack with my professionally trained and federally registered service dog. We stayed two nights for a good rest. Both mornings the woman working the desk violated the law and my rights under the ADA by complaining and debating about my well-minded companion's presence in the breakfast nook. The law allows for her to ask two questions only. She asked the first one (Is that a service dog?) my first morning but never the second query. Rather, she complained "Well, I don't care, we have people coming in here," etc. It was tedious and a disappointment as it set the day off with unnecessary discord despite that I had informed the evening desk staff of the dog's sta

We asked for a handicapped bathroom but the toilet was so low. They need to install a taller toilet. Alll 4 corners of the bathroom floor was really dirty, hair in one corner and behind the door was filthy dirty but the center was squeaky clean. The shower head was so high up on the wall that me or my husband could reach it. Everything else was cleaned, carpet vacuumed. Nice clean, tight made beds.

Front desk was very friendly. Rooms are clean. Nice quiet area. They have breakfast also. Not one issue. Had a good night rest will be coming back
