Customer Reviews
Jeanette at front desk was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well designed except bathroom. Very low toliet and towels could be better. Great location. Watch carefully as turn in from main street not marked well. We will stay here again. Comfortable bed and nice linens.
Room was adequate and staff very courteous. The breakfast was more than you will expect from an Hampton Inn. We were there 6 nights. However I forgot my iPhone charger in the night table. I am sure of it, no mistake on my part. I called and left messages. Finally I reached Jessica after many days and she told nothing was found in the room…….. Be careful not to leave anything behind, you will not get it back! Oh the room was cleaned only once even though we were there 6 nights
Positive: Clean convenient location.?The continental breakfast was delicious and had a variety of delicious food.Staff was welcoming. My room was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.I will definitely be backThank you for a pleasant experience Negative: ""
Overall the room was pretty bad. The tv didn’t work at all, could not use any button besides the power button. The fan in the bathroom did not work and so the entire room had condensation. The breakfast did not taste fresh. The sausage and eggs had an odd taste to them and the potatoes smelled burnt and old and looked reused
Hampton Inn Albuquerque University/Midtown|2300 Carlisle Northeast|Albuquerque, NM 87110||Hotel is a little hard to find off I-17and off I-40 Esat|Staff was efficient and friendly and check in was quick.||There are no restaurants or retail in the immediate area but almost everything you need in a short drive.||Hotel is nicely maintained bright and smells good. |Room is large with A/C and heat controlled by window unit. Desk is good size and desk chair is adjustable but not too comfortable. Room has dark walls and is dimly lit. |Hotel is quiet for most part. Bed is softer than I like but comfortable. |I have come to believe hotels have hired airline designers to design their bath areas. Bath area is small and cramped for two to brush teeth.||Breakfast was adequate scrambled eggs, bacon, pot
