We stayed in the Vineyard Room. It was lovely, it was warm and music was playing on arrival & after the room was made up. The antiques were beautiful and we even had a Christmas tree set up during our Thanksgiving stay! The option for wine in the room was awesome! The only small recommendations we had was adding a hair conditioner to the bathroom amenities, and a bath mat for outside the shower. The location was amazing. We loved everything about this stay! We highly recommend the Hall House Hotel for a fun stay on your visit to Dahlonega!

We’ve been to Dahlonega many times. This is 4th time staying at the Hall House and it’s always been wonderful. Our favorite room in the Monkey Trumpet room for its large bedroom and spacious bathroom. This most recent stay was in Sarah’s room on the 3rd floor. There are just 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. Sarah’s and Captain’s Quarters. (There is a shared kurig in the hallway) The bedroom is average size an steps up into the bathroom area. The tub is therefore open to the rest of the room. As is the shower with a glass door. The toilet area is closed off but it is tiny. If you are larger or over 6ft , I don’t recommend Sarah’s room. The Hall house hotel is located directly in the town square and has easy access to all Dahlonega has to offer and plenty of places to eat as well (including

What a great little piece of history. We had dinner on the balcony at Bourbon st restaurant and really enjoyed our stay! The bed was comfortable and the room was beautiful. The clawfoot tub and the shower are a great touch. Not just a room to flop in but a piece of culture to share.

I loved everything about our stay in Sara’s Room at the Hall House! The room Itself is so beautiful and the location is amazing! It’s on the square, with a fabulous restaurant and art gallery just down the steps from our room. We will certainly be back!

r 2025 Hall House Thanksgiving stay The room we stayed in was called Sara’s Room, based on the dust, and the uncomfortable bed, Sara must have been the family relative that they had to invite, but wanted to make sure she would not come back. We knew that we would have to carry our luggage up to the third floor, and were told that the back entrance would need to be used. What we were not told is how dark the entrance would be and how ill-lit the stairwells would be. We were also not told that the heat for the room would be an electric heater that looked like a fireplace and a wall heater that is in bath/dressing area. I strongly feel that it should be noted that the rooms have no central heat and air. We were not comfortable leaving the wall heater on while out for the day and the room bec
