Guttenberg Motel

We were very pleased with the service and stay. Nice clean rooms and we all had a bed with the two queens and a nice rollaway that they brought in for us. Great value for the money and super close to the river. You do hear people when they are outside the door on the sidewalk talking. The proximity to the very nice park was ideal and we were able to enjoy some good food and shopping.

My family and I took a trip for a weekend to Guttenberg. We were told to try the Guttenberg Motel, from the first phone call to book our room to checking out was a fantastic experience. The motel took steps for a contactless check in during the pandemic. Our room key was waiting for us when we arrived as promised, our room you could tell had been cleaned from top to bottom, you could see and smell it. The room was recently remodeled, it had very cute decor and the towels were not the cheap white hard towels you find at most hotels. The bed was extremely comfortable. They have put in work here and it shows. The grounds were beautiful with fresh flowers and a nice patio to relax on. We will be back.

Really happy with this motel! Very clean and had just what I needed. Right near the Mississippi River too. It was quiet and comfortable and the owners are very nice.

The owner Ms Patty is the sweetest lady. I was in Guttenberg for work and had the opportunity to stay. I stayed in room #9 for 2 weeks and it was great!! Everything was super clean and smelled nice. The bed is comfortable and it even had a recliner which I took advantage of while watching TV after work. Coffee maker with premium coffee and a refrigerator. She would call and check on me to make sure I had everything I needed!! I would definitely stay again and recommend the Guttenberg motel to anyone needing a nice place to stay.

We just love this place. We are a riding group that booked here to do some riding up and down the Mississippi River. Our 1st year here, we were so welcomed. The owner Patti is amazing and so friendly. It rained one night and the next day she had a tub of towels out for us to dry off our bikes, another morning, she put out a kurig, flavored coffees and danish. Another year we got caught in a monsoon on our way to the motel and she took all of our wet clothes and put them in the dryer for us. The rooms are very comfy, super clean, everyday we had clean towels. All the rooms have been updated , some rooms are bigger than others and suited our group very well. They built a deck off the back of the motel with use of a grill and gas fire pit for socializing. We have stayed her for several
