Gulf Way Inn

This place is so quiet and peaceful. It's a perfect location and the staff is accommodating. It is not modern, but you get a great room, located near the beach, and its affordable. Rooms are large, I got 2 queen beds, good size fridge and microwave. It's kept very clean. I love that I found this place by accident and I want to tell people I have had a great experience here. Other places I looked were charging so much and I was glad I found here where it was just what I needed. Thank you to the staff that helped me out a lot.

The manager, I don’t know what nationality is it doesn’t matter it’s not the point he’s very ignorant acting arrogant walks around. Looks at you wishes. You were dead makes you feel that way anyway motel is very rundown cigar burns in a sheet door does not shut and latch unless you make sure it is slammed somebody walked into My Wife twice one time she was naked Water does not get hot. It gets warm sugar burns in the sheets, cigarette butt on the floor under the bed, apparently two parts of the motel, one of which the family of the manager stays in the other, which part which is rundown is where people like me pay to stay Stayed here for a week. Had my room key. Reset three times was locked out three times. Had to go get my key reenergized to a little security window because they do not le

Basic economy motel. Prostitution and drugs are prevalent. Management is strict for a good reason, although they are too strict to their clients renting. Yes, keep control but over policing is not good. They don't allow their clients to hangout outside the rooms. I wonder how those that utilize the pool are treated?? The cleanliness overall is good. The rooms are decent by eye, haven't used a UV light to see the truth. I stayed there for 3 days, in the last 2 months. Stayed in a kitchenette.

Second time staying here, rooms are clean linens are fresh. Management is nice and accommodated my family at a moments notice this time around. The building is old and the rooms are definitely dated but I have never seen any bugs of any kind or anything dangerous. Pool is clean and is always open during normal hours. You get what you pay for and this place is the best bang for your buck. Very close to food and a grocery store. Less than 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach and surrounding beaches

Convenient and quiet location. Clean room and linens. Would stay again in the future.
