Guest House Inn & Suites

We recently stayed at this motel and Im GLAD to be the first user review. We utilized the coupon books you see at rest stops. For a $35 coupon rate we got: A very clean room, good toiletries, ammenities like microwave, frig, coffee maker and a safe place to stay. Also indoor pool, outdoor pool (not used due to Feb temps), and free breakfast. Friendly service and beautiful lobby too. I believe all rooms are ground floor with plenty of parking. Lots of businesses around that exit. Would stay here again!|

Stayed here one night, May 27 2006. The place needs some serious renovation. It's an old motel and you can tell. Paid $62 but it was really worth about $32 a night. It was generally clean but the toilet handle broke off. The frig and microwave were brand new but they don't have irons in the room. You have to get it from the front desk. I saw the biggest ant in MIddle GA on the bed. The door on the cabinet under the sink was falling off. The outside pool was empty but they did have an indoor one that I didn't use. No in room internet access but they did have HBO. Overall I would not stay here or reccommend it to anyone.|

It was nice, clean, and quiet. Only issue we had was microwave wouldn't work, but management took care of that, by replacing it.

This was the worst place i have ever seen. First of all when we checked in they screwed up our reservations. We booked two rooms but they only had reservations for one. So they gave us two trashy rooms. The wallpaper was falling off of the walls. The lights barely worked in one room the bathroom didnt even have a light bulb. There was stains all over the carpet and walls. The website said there was a indoor pool, but when we got there the pool didnt have any water in it. The room looked like it hadnt been cleaned. It looked as if a bunch of animals had stayed in there. I will definetly not be staying at the guesthouse inn and suites any more.|

Bed bugs and when asked about changing our room, he wouldn't.
