GREENWOOD INN

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice 👌. They are renovating and I am eager to see how it turns out. Will definitely stay th here next time.

My siblings and I decided to stay here because we were in town for a funeral. Never again will I stay here. The office is disgusting. When you step in the room the smell will hit you. The carpet need a deep cleaning and a good airing out. The TV is outdated and the mini fridge and microwave could use a cleaning. The bathroom had mold on the walls and the toilet set moved when you say down. The shower head needed to be replaced years ago. We had 3 bath towels and 1 wash cloth. We asked for more towels and the housekeeper actually counted them. When we left for the day (around 10 am) we assumed the room would be cleaned and the towels would be replaced. Nope, we were told that night that the towels were replaced that morning and people only shower once a day. We asked him could he get towels

Really no stars. Saturday 9/7/2024. First there is no name on the building Second there was no air in the office. ( not bad for me, just adding. Room smelled like strong urine, they tried to cover the smell with strong cologne. He didn't want to give a refund. NO BODY SHOULD GO THERE, NOT EVEN A DOG.

Bugs. Moved the night stand to get to the outlets, food behind the night stand. Bathtub had no caulking around it. Nasty bugs in the bed, on the floors. I booked for work, only hotel with vacancy. Booked for 9 days. Left after 2 days. They charged me for 9 days. Amex is handling that now.

Greenwood Inn and Suites is NOT up to par anymore. First off, we booked thinking it was still the Best Western, which it isn’t. They do not even manage this establishment anymore, and now I know why. We booked for MVSU homecoming. The bathroom still had the previous guest’s belongings in the shower and the room was semi cleaned. It looked like they “straightened” up to accommodate more guests because of the type of weekend(homecoming), and they knew guests would need a place to stay. We were in and out our room all weekend, kindly asking housekeeping to provide clean towels and a clean room as we passed her. The entire weekend, OUR ROOM WAS NOT SERVICED! When i complained to the front desk clerk, she stated, “You must of had do not disturb on your door”. I kindly told her no ma’am! The sta
