Best Western Plus Two Rivers Hotel & Suites

Delightful hotel. Well designed, perfectly scaled, with a light and bright lobby. |Breakfast was better than most, and coffee was available 24hrs. . Staff were all welcoming and engaged.|The rooms were big, well designed. We opted for a room at the back, which overlooked a wood. It was utterly silent. The plastic armchair, though, is awful..impossible to sit on, as you keep sliding off.|A really good hotel, though

Outrageously overpriced and deceptive pricing by reservation service. Cancellation practices very deceptive when booking a stay. Staff courteous but not willing or prohibited from changing reservations or adjusting price for military personnel. $423 charge for a 2 night mid-week stay. Room and facility adequate but NOT WORTH PRICE. I will encourage ALL to stay somewhere else. The Best Western is robbing folks without a mask !

The hotel is clean and well maintained by the staff. The room was clean and good amenities. My problem was I was on the ground level and the second floor room above me cracked and popped terribly when the person got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night. It was very distracting. I did not mention it to the staff but probably should have. Other than that, the breakfast was good and the location was safe.

Clean, comfortable room. Soft bed. Good breakfast and coffee choices. Easy access. But best of all is the friendly and accommodating staff.
