Greenlawn Motel

Greenlawn is the best historical motel in Atmore Alabama We love the owner named Sal ❤ he's very sweet ❤ 😊 I wish I could give him 10 stars 🌟 on here but im sure he will be happy with this review thanks for letting us stay here 😀 Sincerely James and Tricia and Lakota our dog 🐕 Southland motel is only a 1 star in my book Kudos to Sal 🤩🤩 we have stayed here for a month already 😀 🙌

You get what you pay for. This was my 3rd stay. Don't expect luxury, just a place to sleep. But it's clean, safe, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable enough for me, kind of firm but not too much so that it hurts my back. Pillows are comfy. I do suggest bringing your own wash cloth and towel because theirs are kind of old and thin. But I tend to do this no matter where I travel. This was my 3rd stay with them and I'll be booking again.

The rooms were a little old looking but we're very clean yes I would stay back here again the owners very nice

This is, above and beyond, the worst place I've ever stayed. The room was filthy and the bathroom was covered in mold. The wifi was "out of service" but no discount was given. Even worse than that was the owners/staff. I was abruptly stopped at the ice machine and told I was limited to one bucket day. They also told me to reuse my towels for multiple days. I went to the front window to ask for toilet paper, which they gave me, then they directed me to their janitor closet to retrieve a vacuum. I was told to clean my own room. "Make sure it's clean." I could go on for days but they are not worth any more of my time.

Room was overpriced and smelled stale and moldy. Ice machine was broken.. Wifi broken. Less than half a roll of toilet paper provided. Bathroom door was broken as if it was kicked in. The main door was broken and you could only keep it locked with the deadbolt. The carpet was extremely dirty and old. And we were forced to leave out earlier than the posted checkout time of 11 a.m.
