Positive: Price is good Negative: Carpet not clean that I walk barefoot that feel sticky carpet

The hotel was booked with a credit card which I understood would|Be charged once we checked in. We drove for 6 hours through the mountains (spotty cell service) to arrive to our room being cancelled with the statement that the card was declined and they tried calling. Let me just also mention that the parking lot had pot holes, the exterior looked in need of repair, and it was not exactly a top tier establishment. At any rate slammedenough was in town, and any canceled room could easily be rented for double or triple the price. I have never had issues with a card being declined, and the room|Is not usually charged until midnight, so this was categorically new territory for me. Would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here this past weekend. Rooms weren't terrible for the price, but the shower drain was clogged. The tub was halfway full of water about 10 mins into a shower. Floor hadn't been mopped in a while bc the shower mat was black when i drug it across the floor. We were told it was pet friendly & had to pay a hefty deposit. The owners/staff treated my dogs like they were rabid, backing away from us and our door on multiple occasions, after being told they were friendly. The day of checkout, we were running a little behind and at 11:10, the owner was pounding on the door, wanting to know if we were leaving. I had to tell her twice, and she proceeded to go off and shake her phone at me. I shut the door in her face, and she sends someone else within 5 minutes to ask the same thing? We were ou

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it's OK but nothing to brag about. It's centrally located on the Pigeon Forge strip not far from the Island, there's a Casey's just down the road too. The room was a bit dated, our phone didn't work(We got cell phones and there's no room service anyway) and when we needed anything the desk clerk was rarely anywhere to be found. Walls were pretty thin too we could hear our neighbors flush their toilet. It only costed us $250 for 5 nights though and we were more concerned with having money to do other stuff hence why we chose it so we weren't all that bothered by it. If you're on a budget it's a great choice but don't expect anything more than the basics. It's a comfortable bed and basic cable with free wifi and no bugs.

The room is very out dated. I am here for the weekend. Most places I stay at is a deposit for pet damage but I always get it back. Front desk told me they were not any money to be credited back at the end of my stay. I itched so bad my legs were becoming raw, where I had scratched so much. The doors are awful where animals have chewed and scratched them. Ceiling in the bathroom needs work bad. I checked out the same night I checked in. It was horrible. So they refunded me 2 night pet fee, after all. Expedia was supposed to charge for 1 night and refund me 2. The Itinerary number on my confirmation email. They say they can't find anything on my stay. The only one they found was the one that they booked for me at another Motel. They have wanted a copy of my confirmation number and email. I s
