Green Acres Mobile Home Estate

I lived here from 2015-2017 and then moved away. When I moved back to Ridgecrest I decided to move back here. For a mobile home park, it’s decently kept up. The front office is always clean, as is the pool. There are “empty” units that need to be torn down, but at least there aren’t vagrants living in them. Never had an issue with a neighbor. The landlady is on top of getting repairs done for my unit. Getting ahold of the owner is a whole different story though.

Lady stole our personal information forced us to open up a account with sdge for a unit that she sold out from underneath us. She now has someone else living in the unit she promised us and is refusing to give us back our personal information when the government that was gonna pay our rent and deposit asked for a tax form that's when they turned off their phone and refused to answer back any further. I just got off the phone with the ridgecrest police department and I have a civil suit in motion we are now filing criminal charges for extortion and identity theft with purpose of using it for monetary gain.

This used to be a great place to live until the new owners took over .They brought in New trailers that were infested with RATS.I owned my trailer and instead of lowering my space rent they tried to say I owed $30,000 towards water bill (which was included in the space rent) they continuously are shutting off the water to certain trailers to intimidate ppl to move and pay outrageous amounts towards the water bill. Even going as far as allowing another home owners house to burn to the ground, and charging them for damages to her trailer she owned! There's currently a class action law suit going on for these issues...

Absolutely the most horrendous and worst managed mobile home park I have ever encountered! Slumlord doesn't even fit the bill. Substandard/condemned mobile homes throughout, Health and Safety Code violations and unprofessional managers make Green Acres MHP a miserable place to live. Seniors, beware-

Not a bad place to live if you dont mind living in a mobile home park. It could be a lot better with more care/upkeep from...I'm guessing, management
