Greeley University Inn

Was there for a week. Started off with a decent check in, surprised by a cash only deposit. Not sure if I just missed that part or not but I’d bring cash if you choose to stay here. Price wise affordable, ac was crap. Ambulance service was there daily from what I saw. Then on the last day of the stay there was a violent shooting incident while I was working. Thank God I was blessed. Not sure about the area but it seemed pretty safe but I wouldn’t want my family around the majority of the building.

The room has a strong musty oder. Bathroom floor not clean. No coffee maker. After sleeping in bed overnight woke up to two welps on my leg from bites. Drinking outside room from other residents. Hotel advertises 24/7 office but it was closed in the morning, no coffee or breakfast. Broken glass in parking lot from drinkers loitering outside rooms. Our original room denied as told an incident had caused door to be broken. Would never stay here again.

This place is so clean and the customer service here is amazing. Neighbors are so talkative and welcoming. Me and my family stayed here for 3 days and it was such a good stay. Will be coming back in the future.

Positive: The only thing that didn't disappoint me was the housekeeping. Negative: They tried to rip me off.

The guys that run, it are very respectful, outgoing, and very clean inside the rooms.
