Hampton Inn & Suites Greeley

Arriving late at night, the parking lot and building entrance was well lit making it easy to pull into a parking spot. Josh, the night clerk that evening, was welcoming and made check-in a breeze. Even with lots of other guests present, my room on the third floor was quiet, as well as nicely furnished and comfortable. The best part was breakfast with a giant selection of fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, HOT coffee, pastries, sausage..well, you get the picture. Of all the Hampton Inns where I've stayed, this is my favorite so far.

The esthetics of this hotel are okay lobby wise. But as we were traveling 9 hours away from home with children and staying for a couple days we didn't know that the pool was being renovated and there was no wifi. When we asked about these things, we were told they had people working on it that day. My husband said at 8pm? No...they certainly did not. The room we stayed in was a 2 queen bed suite. The ceiling looked like it might have had some water damage and the bathroom is outdated...lots of water damage. Beds were comfortable in this room though. Breakfast is not anything exceptional. Not sure what the sausage is made of. If you do go for food, stick with the yogurts and cereal and maybe a waffle. We did call accommodation and there was no answer back to receiving a refund for the next

Pleasant surprise, with regard to quality of hotel. Practical amenities, updated, and impeccable staff. 2 stars for no hot water. Luke warm the night of stay, and cold the following AM. Unacceptable, considering the cost…

The man at the front desk was rude. I'm a Hilton member and jacked up the price from 94. To 134. I had proof He was just ruder then rude. I went across the street to Marriott and they were amazing.
