Candlewood Suites Greeley by IHG

If u care about getting a good nights rest...do not I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I have stayed in a good amount of hotel rooms in my lifetime and the beds Here are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. It literally feels like you were sleeping on a hardwood box. SERIOUSLY, THE WORST MATTRESS I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable! sleeping in your car would be more comfortable than staying the night in one of their beds!

Spacious, clean rooms and bath. Great kitchenette. But no breakfasts and staff is nearly invisible. Hotel "gets the job done" but not much more. It seems great when you walk into a spacious two-room suite with kitchen. Then you see tiny TV's in spacious areas and dated carpet and furnishings-- except the bed which is quite fine, so that's a plus--so it's all OK, but "flat" and not very welcoming.

This particular Candlewood Suites has been a God send to us. Both times they have accommodated us at the last minute in a dire situation with a room that was perfect! I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality, cleanliness and courtesy. 5/5 for sure.

I say in a lot of hotels. There were definitely some good things about this place. The pillows were great. The room was clean. It’s nice having a full size fridge, the air conditioning worked really well and the complementary coffee was decent. My room was facing the storage units next-door, so it was very quiet. ||There are a lot of things that are just so so about this place. The room is incredibly small. It’s missing some basic amenities like breakfast, pool and spa, no USB plugs in the rooms which is pretty standard in 2025. You also can’t log into any streaming devices on the TV, smart TVs are pretty standard in most hotel rooms now the little pantry downstairs didn’t really have anything after she told me that they didn’t have much. Excellent staff and service. Room is clean and staff takes care of anything that is wrong as soon as you notify them. Love staying here. Usually here for 2 months at a time.
