Gravity Motel

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! 🤢 I’ve stayed in similarly priced motels before but none of them have ever been this bad. The beds are decades old and instead of replacing them they just put a foam topper on them and called it good. The bedding was GROSS. Cigarettes burns, blood, tears, etc. Our room also smelled HORRIBLE like old cigarettes, which mind you the room says “no smoking”. They also say no pets allowed, but a gentlemen in the room beside us had a dog. I’m just hoping they didn’t have bed bugs. Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere.

The rooms were clean and the beds were good. But the Wi-Fi was nonexistent, our room smelled like weed, the door had no inside lock, and we had no idea how to get in touch with any manager.

I have to respond to one-star cranky reviewer, "Chris H.": this place is just fine! Look--I've been traveling around the world since I was 6 months old (!!!), a full 60 years, from The Raphael in Paris, France (look it up, it's beautiful) to the YMCA/Army barracks in Charlestown MA (40 years ago. Talk about spare!). With years of travel experience, I must insist that The Gravity Inn Motel is quite comfortable. I'm most impressed by the curtains in the room, which block out the light amazingly. There's a mattress topper on the bed that's squishy & soft. It's quiet! Slept through the night undisturbed. There is a full bathtub in the bathroom, not just a shower, and abundant hot water. There is a TV, microwave, and mini fridge. My ONLY complaint is that the mini-fridge really is "mini," it

The room SMELLED of RANCID CIGARETTE smoke. There were questionable stains on the bed. There was NO toilet paper in the bathroom when we checked in. This hotel was DISGUSTING! 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮

I want to tell you a great place to stay. It has a restaurant and a bar not that far away it's all owned by the same family. Great food and fun. Very friendly and you can enjoy yourself
