GrandStay Hotel & Suites Algona

Our 1 night stay at this property was very pleasant. The room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a very good breakfast selection very good. The food was well prepared and plentiful. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Check in & out quick and efficient. We will use GrandStay again.

This place was spotless and up to date. The pool area was very clean. Staff was friendly and overal feel of the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast wasn't bad but some more hot options would definitely be an improvement! 🙂 (They had waffles and cheap thin egg & sausage patties) They also had some muffins, toast, yogurt, and cereal. Again. Not bad nor a deal breaker, would just love to see some more good protein.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Their efficiency was great. Check in and out was very easy and quick. The rooms were very nice, everything we needed. The breakfast meal had something for every one. Wide assortment of choices. meeting areas were readily available for our use. I would recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here a few times now and everytime has been equally as good. Service is excellent. I don't know what the young man at the front desk at night makes,but I guarantee it's not enough. He deserves a pay raise. His customer service is top notch. Rooms are clean and fresh smelling,the windows open for fresh air and the hotel in general is nice and clean. Breakfast is always hot and good. The lemon tea is very tasty. Parking is great and there is room to accommodate a big truck or two. Overall this is a great hotel.and it will continue to be my number 1 stop when traveling in the area.
