Brookstone Lodge & Suites

Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of the room, but I felt like this hotel’s poor management needed addressed - since that was my only real issue. The parking here isn’t the best, I arrived with a truck and a medium sized trailer and had to parallel park on the side of the lot to keep out of the way. Some extra parking and an additional entrance/exit could really go a long ways here. As for the service, the woman who ‘greeted’ me was not friendly at all. I walked in and said hello, and I got nothing back but a stare. I said I needed to check in, she handed me a key and that was about that. Zero communication and giving me strange looks as if I’m an issue. When I go to check out, there’s no one at the front desk but I can see two women talking outside. Unsure if they work there or not,

I would certainly recommend this hotel. The rooms were pleasant, and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but definitely not a deal breaker. The only downside...it can be a little tricky to get in to. You have to take the entry to Fareway.

I was very unhappy with my entire experience except for 1 thing. The 1 thing that was 5 star was that I had to switch my booking night due to a vehicle breakdown. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and was able to switch my nights with no extra charge. I really appreciated that. However that is where the perks end dead stop. Everything else is 1 star or lower if that's possible. When I arrived the front desk was decently professional,but certainly not friendly at all. The room had a very bad smell. Thankfully the window opened and there was a stiff breeze so it cleared out well. The carpet could have used some vacuuming. There were bits and pieces of stuff on the floor. The bed was a bit too firm for me, it bothered my sciatica. And while it was nice they had an iHome clock charger in the room, the charger itself was broken and I couldn’t charge my phone. It was quiet in the morning and woke up was able to wake up on my own time. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable. It had everything I needed. The recliner they chose for my room felt like sitting on a cloud. Overall, the stay was worth every penny. I will return!

Our stay was fantastic. Room was awesome and the complementary breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel
