Nice place. Rooms were very clean. The maid service came every morning to check to see if we needed anything. Parking was good that it took you to whatever floor you were on. Would definitely stay there again

This is a beach hotel, where you are planning to be out the room most the time. There was an underwhelming ambiance. There are a lot of channels on the tv, you could rent current movies in the lobby. The beds/pillows are okay, the room felt clean but it was worn down. The mini split may need a service due to musty smell. The ocean view is a side view but we could see the ocean! Hands down the staff stole the show, guest services were great, the cafe bartender/waitress & cook were very welcoming and would make us come back. Not a bad experience for off season.

The staff / customer service was great. The rooms were very clean. The house keeping staff was amazing, on point and friendly!! I was very impressed. We had an amazing and relaxing time. Thank you all so much! Looking forward to the next time. Will definitely recommend you to others. Happy New Year!

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. We had bed bugs, the front desk associate was really rude and I still haven’t heard anything back from the email I sent them.

The hotel needs a lot of work done to it. There were a lot of maintenance issues such as: 1) the door on the washer/dryer closet about fell off on us when we got there. 2) the shelves on the walking shower were put on so poorly that we couldn’t even put our soaps on it. 3) the legs on the counter in the master bathroom were about to break and we prayed they didn’t. 4) only two of the burners worked in the stove. The staff did attempt to fix the problems and did fix some but we were informed that the cleaners check on maintenance. Put the responsibility of maintenance on cleaners is very irresponsible. We plan to never go back.
