Very nice staff. Rooms were decent but the one we were in(324) you could definitely see signs of age cracks in the ceiling and some furniture damage. Beds and pillows amazing. Bathroom kinda small and door didn't open all the way. No major inconveniences or issues to cause it interrupt our weekend

I was worried when I read some of the reviews, prior to our arrival! No worries though, beautiful resort, oceanfront direct beach access, free parking, friendly, helpful & accommodating front desk staff! 10 pools & various hot tubs, waterslides & kids water play areas on site. Very clean pools & lazy river! We had a reasonably priced buffet breakfast (13$), rooms are updated, modern, coastal vibes! Views from the balcony are amazing! Quiet resort this time of year, family friendly! Will def visit here again.

Disappointing - beware when booking ADA rooms. Liked · Starbucks on site - limited hours though so don't expect a night coffee on check-in day. Location! We loved this area. Disliked · Mixed Review: Overall, the room was clean, as with most places with non-carpeted floors, they don't mop nearly enough so your feet will be dirty instantly, and the entire stay. The furniture was modern, but very beat up and stained, the microwave door was busted (and repaired with putty?) The king bed was comfortable but there was no bedding for the murphy bed. Of most importance, we didn't get the room that I reserved. After a 10-hour drive, dealing with reception/front desk was not pleasant AT ALL. I reserved an ADA roll-in shower room and was initially given a room with a shower stall but there were glas

Do NOT recommend. As for the amenities, there are none. Tiki bar and Turtle Bay Cafe were rarely open. We stayed for 5 nights and only got to order from them once each. The mini golf was under renovation and the pools were cloudy. We ate downstairs at the Restaurant, service was awful. We ended up eating pastries from the Starbucks on site rather than anything else they had to offer. The hallway to our room is all carpet, smelled of mildew. While the rooms appear to be ‘clean’ the floors were gross and the showers didn’t drain. We never got a ‘Do Not Disturb Sign’. As for that, 2 consecutive mornings we were woken up by the housekeeping just walking into our rooms while we were sleeping. The parking is also an awful set up, very narrow. It’s more that likely that if you are staying on the

The hotel is in the midst of upgrades and upkeep. Rooms were nice, after all, you're not there to stay in your room. You're there for the beach, hundreds of Putt Putt Golf Courses, Calabash Seafood Buffets and tourist trap stuff. Stephanie and Justin were very helpful at the front desk.
