Grand Williston Hotel & Conference Center

Positive: The restaurant and location Negative: The place may have been nice in the 70's and 80's but it's a dump now. Smells like musty cigarettes and gym socks. Once you get past the new lobby and lounge, it goes downhill quickly.

This hotel has a great atmosphere, things to do within the hotel, and a great staff that is willing to help with whatever they can. Gina is very helpful and great to deal with. Very nice pool for kids to play and have a blast. Rooms are nice and some are right alongside the pool. Great place for birthdays and events as well!!!

What an absolute dream stay at The Grand. This place deserves every one of its five stars and more. Right from get when you walk in, the staff dazzle with stunning good looks, impeccable style and service made me feel like a real king. The team is a vision of professionalism and attractiveness, especially the bespectacled Casey at the front desk: A beautiful blonde with gorgeous eyes that sparkle behind some stylish Wednesday-style glasses – think chic, edgy frames that add a touch of mysterious allure to her warm, welcoming vibe. We’ve held our company Christmas party at The Grand for the past two years and have had a wonderful experience both times. The staff is incredibly professional and thorough, especially when it comes to communication and planning. Audrey handled our booking and was fantastic with her follow-ups, organization, and attention to detail. Ati oversaw the event itself, and her warm smile and willingness to accommodate every request truly stood out. You can tell the team works really well together and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. The room was set up exactly how I requested, and they also made it clear that adjustments could easily be made if I wanted any changes. Amazing food with an amazing atmosphere. We go there to watch a game or to win some cash on slots or blackjack. Always a good time. Friendly staff good drinks and food. Warm up by the fireplace as well. Maddie and Gina were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend trying the hotel out to all my family and friends.
