Grand Summit Hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible old smelly hotel, hvac make strange sounds all nice and couldn’t hold a temperature. Zero staff, never had housekeeping coming in 4 days even when they said they would. Carpets are sticky and smell. Zero dining options most hours of the day except lunch. Room service is gross. So unbelievably overpriced. Hotel is falling apart. The location is great, people are nice, but it is NOT worth staying in a disgusting dungeon. Save yourself and your family from this terrible experience.

Our two bedroom residence was very roomy and easily slept 10 people. Service was great! We went during the holidays and it was beautifully decorated inside and out. The finishings are somewhat dated but was well kept and still felt like a rustic and high end lodge.

We paid $1458 for 1 night. |The only reason I booked 1 night is because I booked the Grand Hyatt in Deer Valley for 3 nights instead of 4 by accident and they were already booked when I wanted to add another night.|We had the most amazing experience at Grand Hyatt at Deer Valley and then came to this hotel and it was the complete opposite.|Everything was dirty - carpets everywhere, the room, the bathroom. The location is wonderful (very close to one of the major gondolas and Canyon Village). The property has excellent amenities (fitness center, spa, pool, on-site restaurant) and it is extremely clean and quiet. Also, the rooms are well-appointed with full kitchens and large bathrooms. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly and exceedingly willing to help. What’s more is that the free shuttle service into town is impeccably on-time!

We celebrated Thanksgiving at the Grand Summit with family and friends, and it couldn’t have been a more memorable holiday. Our room comfortably accommodated our large group for dinner, and we even had plenty of space for several guests who stayed with us throughout the weekend. It made the whole celebration feel cozy, relaxed, and wonderfully festive.||From the moment we arrived at the Grand Summit Hotel until the moment we left, the staff made us feel completely welcomed. The valet team was quick, friendly, and efficient, and the entire staff went out of their way to be helpful.
