In a few words -- Cheap but clean --. Not exactly nice (I prefer hotels > motels), but decent for the price. The beds were fine. The bathroom was a little cheap and the TV picture was not great (had a black line through it). The staff were friendly. It just felt cheap but clean. I like that it's a 2 minute drive to Universal, but the area immediately around the motel is not the greatest and the road is very noisy. The amenities were sketchy (broken elevator for example). You can tell they've tried to fix it up a little bit it still leaves much to be desired. For a bachelor or someone looking to save a lot of money, it's fine. Next time, I will splurge a little bit to stay somewhere nicer.

I stayed here when I took my grand babies to Disney. we booked through booking.com and it stated breakfast was included. When we arrived we had to pay for parking and breakfast. breakfast was dissatisfaction. we only ate 2 times out of nine days that we were there. There was dead bugs in the bathroom. I guess at least they were dead. The door was cracked at the bottom. had to take 3 flights of stairs because the elevator did not work. They still have not given me my deposit back but charged me $145.00. at least it was close to the amusement parks. trash was piled up at the dumpster. Room was only cleaned 1 time in nine days that we were there. disgusted. Internet did not work so the tv would not work. And yes I complained and nobody came to fix it. We got locked out of the room after a lon

We needed a reasonably priced hotel close to Universal so we picked this one. They had great rates for the week between Christmas & New Years. I always read reviews before booking a hotel. I was a bit worried about all the negative reviews but decided to take a chance. I'm so glad we did! This hotel is exactly what we needed ... a safe, clean, comfortable place to stay that wouldn't break the bank! People tend to only leave bad reviews and never take the time to leave a good review so I felt I should post something for this place because we truly had a wonderful experience the week we stayed. Great budget friendly hotel! All staff we encountered were very nice and always helpful. We were surprised to find out the hotel offered much more than a basic continental breakfast that was advert

I chose this hotel because my company offered a discount and the location was convenient. Based on the photos, the hotel looked like a good value for the price, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case in reality. The lobby had a strange smell, similar to smoke. At check-in, I was informed of extra charges that were never mentioned during booking. I was required to pay $20 for breakfast, Wi-Fi, and the shuttle, even though I did not need or use any of these services. I find it unreasonable to be charged for services I had no intention of using. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with very limited options and food that looked unappetizing. The Wi-Fi barely worked most of the time, and the TV was almost impossible to use—it only worked intermittently and required connecting to the unr
