We just spent 3 nights here. The location was great. Close to restaurants and the nice Williams downtown area which also has a grocery store.. Activities for all ages. RV was ok for 3 nights. Our heater never came on after I had someone down to look at it. There was a space heater and also the electric fireplace put heat out so we made it through. The oven never worked. I left messages with the office to let them know. They said they came down but I have two little yippie dogs that would have alerted me. Regardless they never followed up with heater or the oven. Air conditioner in bedroom had a sign on it that said "do not use".So basically during sun up the bedroom was not useable without sweltering. Bedding was a thin cheap blanket. No comforters like shown in the pictures. This did no

I was threatened by one of your employees. It was an older white guy. He came to my door demanding money, threatening calling the cops to escort me off campus all over a dog fee (I had already paid for my rv). He wouldn’t help me navigate where to make a payment he requested not even ten minutes prior that I had texted him for help with. I thought he was knocking to help me since I texted that I didn’t see the request, but wanted to pay right away. Yall need to check your cameras. Don’t stay here.

We are in our 60's and found this experience fun! After raising kids tent camping we found this very comfortable. We stayed in the Family Suite. Very spacious! It is showing bumps and bruises from kids and dogs. Chipped paint etc. The beds were comfortable. As was the couch and dining area. It was quite and felt safe. We went for lunch across the freeway on Route 66. Next day Bearazona. All are VERY close. This was a great way to escape the valley heat.

A great experience, our first time in a caravan. The beds were hard and 60% of the pillows were lumpy, and the polyester blanket made for a very sweaty night, but we still had fun. As there are many other RVs in close proximity, you can hear others outside quite easily and may wake due to noise, but other campers are all pretty good at keeping to quiet time. Although we were told there is 7 gallons of hot water in the tank per RV, in reality, it is at best, lukewarm, not "hot". We didn't try the public bathrooms so cannot comment if the water there was hot.
