Our stay started with a warm welcome from Madison B at the front desk. She is a delight: so much knowledge about the area, eagerly shared itineraries for Winter Park and Disney Springs. My fiance and I booked their package to do our engagement pictures and Sunny was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made the whole process super smooth and easy. Upon arrival everything was prepared for us, from valet, front desk to the crew all over the property. Our photographer was blown away by how beautiful the hotel is, and how many options we had for pictures. We even got complimentary champagne! If you want an elegant place for your pictures with the best service, check the Grand Bohemian and ask for Sunny. Our hearts are full and now the Grand Bohemian is part of our love story! Was there for a multiday conference for work. Great experience! The space was intimate, comfortable, and classy. It included reserving the patio bar on the 6th floor for a dinner and cocktails. We were about 100 people, and for several nights many would convene in the bar. Staff did a great job of helping us to feel welcome. The young lady handling our AV needs did an excellent job, and was professional and friendly. AV equipment worked well - multiple microphones with no feedback issues, Zoom'd in attendees who couldn't make the trip, etc. Rooms were great. Only hangup was that some people had issues with water temperature or flow in the showers. Overall, a very nice experience!
