Golden Spur Motor Inn

Nice breakfast and coffee. Owners are very nice. Quieter nights. Comfy beds and cozy blankets. No pet smell and close to everything.

It is a quaint little motel the rooms are clean and bright and the price is very reasonable easy parking situated just off highway 2

My husband, myself, and a small dog were traveling through last week, as we were exploring the NE part of Washington. We called the night we needed the room and were quoted a very fair price. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly manager, and checked in quickly. (I’m bad with names - forgive me if I’m wrong) Dan, the manager, was nice enough to share some area maps and recommendations for further exploration and morning breakfast recommendations. The room was clean and nicely equipped and laid out. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. The hotel was quiet so it was easy to sleep. It is an older hotel, however it is maintained and clean. We felt safe. We would stay here again if our travels bring us this way. Thank you for the nice stay. :-)

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I rented a room for my dad to take a bath and they charged me an extra 100$ the following day. Huge rip off, bathroom was so hard to get into and close the door behind you. There was no screen on the window, when asking why I was charged extra they claimed it was for the dog, I paid a 10$ fee when checking in, which is my dads service dog for his breathing. It appears this isn't the first time they charge people extra fees and claim there is nothing they can do to reverse the charge. I will be reporting them to better business bureau. This place was very dirty outside, dogs barking and walking around the hotel but yet I'm charged extra for a service animal. It's a shame how people take advantage of you!
