Bed was very uncomfortable and creaked very loudly in any movement. Nothing here was comfortable. Recliner so old we could feel the springs. Futon was horrible. Unable to relax and unwind after a day at Glacier. If you dare to stay here make sure to bring your own shampoo and body wash. They supplied enough for one person for one day.
Traveled as a group. The 2 story cabin’s 1st floor had a moldy smell. Furnishings very sparse. Would not want anyone staying downstairs. There was a washer dryer down there also.|All other cabins are 1 bedrooms. The 1 story Wolfe cabin is across the way by the managers trailer. So if staying as a group you would not want this cabin since it’s separated across the field. |The other cabins are all in a row and hard to see their # on the units.|The moose cabin #5 is close to the road on the end so you can here the highway sounds. |The campfire is down by the 2 tent rental sites. We used it one night but the next night the tent campers were using the area for their meals so it would have been uncomfortable to use. |The cabins are overpriced.|The cleaning team does a good job on keeping t
We (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in cabin 1 for 9 days. Extremely clean, very good showers. Location is great, 6 min from west glacier entrance. Washer, dryer and dish washer worked very well. Beds and futons were comfortable. Internet worked well and grounds were very well maintained. Canyon Foods is a great grocery store a few min away, well priced. We will be returning and highly recommend. Also recommend white water rafting and horseback riding as fun activities in addition to hiking.
My husband and I stayed 6 nights. The cabin was clean, neat, and had everything you needed to cook, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It is even more beautiful and tranquil than the pictures show! The cabin was within 10-12 minutes to the West entrance of Glacier National Park. The owners Nicole and Brian were friendly, and helpful with advice for visiting the park and the area. Grocery stores were within 10 minutes of the cabin. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return someday. The owners also have a rental on the "east" side of the park as well!||Thank you Nicole and Brian!
Nicole was most gracious and receptive. Our cabin was very clean, comfortable, and plenty spacious for two adults. More than adequate kitchen utensils and tableware. The trains blow their whistles at all hours, but I don't think any of the lodges or motels in the vicinity would be immune from that. Very nicely landscaped and maintained grounds. Overall I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.
