I worked with Jenny for our cabin rental and she was wonderful! From start to finish she was responsive and helpful. The cabin we stayed in was beautiful, clean, stocked and had a lot of things to do AT the cabin if you were rained in (which we were a couple nights). We’ll definitely use this company again in the future!

We stayed at “Awe Inspiring Mountain View” cabin in Mineral Bluff for Thanksgiving. It was amazing! The views are so beautiful! The owner thought of everything! The kitchen was fully stocked, movie theater and game room were a great addition to the house. We enjoyed grilling out and sitting around the fireplace spending time with family. Our trip was amazing and I couldn’t recommend this cabin enough!! The staff in the office were great as well. I called a few times prior to our arrival and they were very helpful. I also called before we checked out and spoke to someone and she was so nice! Thank you for a beautiful cabin for our family to come together and spend the holidays!

Absolutely disappointing cabin rental. Cabin was dirty and in poor condition, exposed wiring from the ceiling, used washcloth in the shower, no one answers the phone or responds to messages. Currently struggling to get a refund. How do you operate a property management company and not have at least an answering service. The microwave has it protective coating peeling, all of the water faucets are covered in corrosion and water stains, the water smells horrible like it is non potable. To have this be a property for the week of thanksgiving, it is completely ridiculous and gross. There is not a wood burning fireplace even though the description clearly says there is one. While the cabins themselves are very nice, our experience with the company that manages them was extremely disappointing. From the start, we were pressured to purchase additional “club” incentives that are not useful for a one-time visit unless you plan multiple trips to the area. The staff was rude and unaccommodating throughout our stay. We traveled as a group for Thanksgiving, and one of the cabins had water leaking from the ceiling. When we contacted the on-call service, there was little concern shown and no meaningful effort made to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, we were denied the right to bring a properly registered service animal, which is completely unacceptable.
