Gateway RV Campground

Very disappointed in all the extra fees that were put upon us our entire stay . We had to transfer from a sister park because my husband found out he had stage 4 cancer was charged a 250.00 transfer fee to move from one park to the other to be closer to cancer center no compassion we were in an extended stay contract from day one I told maintenance I had no water pressure he blamed it on our camper I had a mobile repair guy come and take all my screens out and blow out lines another 300.00 dollar expense it wasn’t my camper still had no pressure not even enough to run my tankless hot water tank. So had to heat water on stove office solution use shower house they were filthy all the time had to go to Walmart 2 or 3 times a week for them to wash my hair not enough pressure to even rinse my h

The little cabbin was so cute and clean. About 2 mins from the main strip. Perfect for my fiancé and I. The only "bad" thing was the sheets. They were clean, but it was like someone dropped them on an unswepped floor and then put them on the bed. When we pulled the comforter back it had grass ans dirt in the bed.

We absolutely loved our stay. The park model was super clean and comfy. Plenty of room for everyone. The campground is close to pigeon forge but not in the middle of all the noise. It’s quiet and so peaceful. 10/10 would stay again. (This was our 3rd time staying at this campground)

The campground is very convenient to Pigeon Forge activities as well as Gatlinburg. Campground was full, but quiet and the grounds looked well kept. We rented a Pet Friendly Studio (cabin F) and was pleasantly surprised as how nicely it was decorated, and you could tell someone took pride in making sure it was extra clean and ready for our arrival. Thank YOU! it showed. We didn't do any cooking there, but it did look like it had ample space and kitchen items to do so. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the brief time we did, the ones in the office/store were pleasant. We had a nice anniversary trip and would definitely rent there again.

We recently stayed in one of the cabins at the campground. Not our first stay and definitely won't be the last. This campground is nice. The cabin was clean, fully equipped with kitchen utensils, clean towels, sheets and blankets. Also in a very convenient location to the Parkway. Trolley stop in front of campground.
