Garnet Inn & Suites, Orlando

I made the best decision by choosing Garnet Inn. I stayed for a night here. I was initially worried after reading the reviews, but those concerns were instantly thrown into the winds when I was greeted by Aisha. She assisted me with luggage storage (room is locked and only authorized personnel permitted). I made my merry way to Premium outlet. Paul processed check in efficiently and gave me a room on the ground floor as I had a big luggage. I was blown away when i saw the room. Given the price I paid, it far exceeded my expectation. The room has a garden view, comfortable and clean bed, fridge and microwave. It is furnished with heater,ac, ironing equipments and spacious bathroom and hot water. I had the most restful night of my entire 1 week trip, so much so that I missed my alarm.

Stayed here in September for 10 nights for my first time in Orlando and it was great, great value, staff really helpful, breakfast selection was great for a quick bite, pool was clean, rooms were cleaned regularly, if you request something at reception ie maintenance they turn up very quickly, great location 711 right next door, the mall and some other shops in walking distance uber was $9.31 from the airport, looking at coming back in June and will defo book here again! Some parts could do with updating but you could say that about every hotel ! This is defo a great hotel on a budget🤑❤️💙🤍

I am writing to formally report a highly uncomfortable and unacceptable situation that occurred during my recent stay in one of your suites. I stayed at your property for five nights, and throughout this period, I encountered serious hygiene issues that negatively affected my family’s safety, comfort, and overall experience. On the first night, I found a cockroach inside the bathroom shower. The following day, there were two more cockroaches. By the fourth day, I found another cockroach in the kitchen area, near our food, which forced me to discard all the groceries we had stored due to sanitary concerns. Positive: "" Negative: How water went out Saturday night. Did not notify anyone checking in on Sunday about the issue until you arrived for check in. Did not want a weekend service fee so didn't call anyone out to even look at water until Monday.

So I booked thos hotel on a website. It came up as bposhtels. Upon checking in I was treated well only to realise that they gave me a room with 2 men, and im a female. The room smelt old, musty, dirty and dormitory style bunk beds. Guys seemed homeless. Anyway went back to front desk amd was given a room with a sweet lady, as I had no choice to go elsewhere. The fixtures are old and worn and this place definitely needs some upgrading. Breakfast, there was no protein provided. Waffles, muffins, coffee was not even hot and the cereal was stale. No breakfast sausages, eggs etc. I will not return and I definitely dont recommend. Sorry, not sorry! Do better! Yall are making money
