GALLERYone - a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel

Our suite is large, spotless and well-stocked with everything we need, including Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. We were given warm cookies at check-in, which were much appreciated. Staff members are kind, funny and professional. Please be aware of the following when booking, though: The hotel has no heat, only air conditioning. Not usually an issue in Florida, but it's going to be 44F tonight and I'm turning into a Popsicle. The hotel has no self-parking, only valet which is $55/day. It took 75 minutes for our dinner (soup, wings, pasta) to arrive at table after we ordered at Vue. Caveat emptor!

We had a great week staying at Gallery One! Staff is kind and accommodating giving us water bottles and cookies. Pool, hot tub, outdoor area and lobby/bathrooms all kept super clean. Really convenient that all the rooms are suites with balconies and kitchenettes. Quick and easy walks to Publix, Starbucks, BurgerFi, Galleria Mall, 7-Eleven, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park - with access to the beach right across. Also walkable to Mcsourleys and a bunch of other places on A1A. We cannot wait to come back!

Positive: We liked the location to the beach. The room layout/design was nice. Negative: The items in the room were really beat up and old. The TV in the living area did not work and was not replaced during out stat. We found trash under the toe kick in the kitchen. There was no complimentary coffee. The pool closes at 6:12pm. Etc.

The room was adequate but old and worn.|Nathalia at the front desk was amazing. She was polite, professional, and helpful in every way. She helped with recommendations, accommodations change, check out plans and everything in-between. She made the stay pleasant. Doubletree is fortunate to have her as an employee.

We had a great experience at Gallery One DoubleTree – Fort Lauderdale. The suite was excellent, with a full kitchenette, separate living room, spacious bedroom and bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the water. The service at the bar was outstanding. Price, the bartender, was great—interactive, and welcoming, and made the experience even better. Prices at the bar were very reasonable, and the food was really good, although the menu options were limited and the same menu was offered at both locations. The pool area was very nice, with cornhole and plenty of chairs set up along the Intracoastal Waterway, making it a great place to relax. The location was also extremely convenient—about 10 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale and roughly a 20-minute drive to Miami. One small tip for guests:
