Frontier Inn

I stopped for the night. I was driving from tucson to Dallas and I do not drive at night. I got an impression I was not in a good area, but I was very tired and only need a clean room. The check in guy was polite but said they only had 1 room and it was a suite. Thank goodness it was located on the inside of the hotel, off the lobby. I noticed there was loads of furniture stacked up all around the lobby areas. The inside hallway had doors with security rollers on them??? We got to our room. It was VERY OLD and pieced together. It did appear to be clean. At least I did not see any roaches. The sheets were OLD and thin. The door was hard to set the deadbolt, but I was able to. The room was located on the ground floor. Bed bugs Bed Bugs Bed Bugs! Having to dispute the charge didn’t want to give refund after showing them live living bed bugs. Got out immediately and now disputing through my bank. One of there employees even said yes those are bed bugs. Disgusting place! Do not let there lobby fool you. Ask to see there rooms first

This smells really bad, the smell will stay on you and your belongings for at least a week. Poor quality for a high price, you will find a better place for the same price. Stay away and the manger she was rude too.

RUN!! The lady who owns this place is super rude and disrespectful. Worst customer service EVER!! Overpriced is an understatement. She will charge you as much as it is to stay at a 4 star hotel in the same city with none of the amenities. If 0 stars were available for a review that's what this place should get. The rooms are gross and the property is ran alllllll the way down. No hospitality whatsoever. She is worried about how much she can get you for before you ever walk in. I have never been more disgusted by the lack of simple human decency as shown by the lady who owns this place. HORRIBLE PERSON AND HORRIBLE PLACE Definitely DO NOT STAY HERE. Give your business to someone who actually wants you to be a customer.

Rooms were decent, good size, but furniture was old and very worn, bathroom door hinges were rusted where door almost didn't shut, rooms did have a few creepy crawlies, illegal activity is high, due to cops making three drive throughs a day., stayed what I paid for and immediately left,
