Mobile home rentals, RV spots short and long term. Laundry and shower facilities. River access, meadow with BBQ pits. Pet friendly. Smaller community only 8 miles from Weaverville. 40 minutes from Redding.

Located in Douglas city, This park has wonderful Trinity River access & a fine sand covered beach for a fun filled day in the sun. The Park itself, though rough around the edges & a little sore on the eyes, but the community within it, are a wonderful group of REAL people who look out for each other, and the way they support one another, is nothing short of Priceless. A historical town, with good people, let the spirit guide you.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless they had no other choice. Very poor management. Very dirty and smothered with meth heads and low lives. Holes in the trailers, mold, electrical issues. 2 sockets actually caught on fire. Manager wouldn't refund my money or move me to another trailer.

I love being right on the river and the mountains literally surrounding me and the deer jumping in front of me as I go gor a walk Very reasonable rent
