Wonderful stay. We just finished 6 nights and loved it. As others have noted, it’s not a “resort” in the classic sense, but for us it had everything we want from one: pools, beach access and service, bars, spa, restaurants, views, and a great location. We had a partial ocean view room on the 4th floor (south) with a large terrace and about a 90° ocean view. The room was modern, spotless, and spacious, with a huge bathroom, deep soaking tub, large separate shower, and convenient electronic controls on the iPad and walls. Every single staff member we encountered was pleasant, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I’m a luxury bargain hunter, and with some flexibility you can do well here: a 3rd night free on top of a lower-than-usual base rate, plus a Preferred Partner booking (with breakfast, e
I have so much to share with you. The team is outstanding. There are so many incredibly intentional and talented folks to shout out. Starting with Kaliea and Carolina, both of whom went out of their way to make our trip memorable and make us feel special. We had some hiccups earlier on in our stay and Kaliea assured us not only with her words but also with her actions that there was no mountain she wouldn't move to course correct. Carolina also diligently followed-up and helped us secure a coveted Thanksgiving reservation as well as sent surprises that were personal and thoughtful. The whole reception/concierge team is wonderful. Jerred, Jennifer, Stefan all helped us in their own ways and we really appreciated their time and energy. And I can't end this review without mentioning the resta
What a joy to return to the Four Seasons Ft. Lauderdale!||Everything positive you’ve read is true, and more, so I will focus on those elements which blew us away in the hope that it will help future guests.||The spa: I don’t know how the Spa Manager found the team, but after working with three different therapists, I can confirm that they are best in class. Do book in advance and come early to relax in their quiet and calm relaxation room, use the sauna or steam room. Book in advance to secure your preferred time.||Evelyn’s restaurant: It’s odd to say, but this is absolutely my favorite restaurant, anywhere. The ingredients are the highest quality, and the dishes, all the ones we’ve tried, are just delicious. Even when we are passing through Ft. Lauderdale, we make reservations and enjoy a
I can’t say enough good things about this property. We stayed in a two-bedroom residence for the first time and absolutely loved the space and ocean view. When we ran a load of laundry, we noticed the dryer wasn’t working properly; maintenance replaced it with a brand-new unit within 30 minutes of reporting the issue (at 11pm, nonetheless). Things like this happen, but it’s how the Four Seasons team responds that truly sets them apart from other properties and brands. Four Seasons service is remarkably consistent across all locations, and I was genuinely amazed to see that same level of excellence carried through to the residences. A special shout-out to front desk manager Daniel, as well as Daniel at Evelynes, who made our dining experiences seamless on both nights of our stay.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to very strong winds, but everything else was good. We spent some time at the beach, where they offered activities for kids, which was really nice. The room was a bit small for us, but it had a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed breakfast from in-room dining. Breakfast at the restaurant was good as well — we chose the buffet. Room service for dinner was not perfect, though. The Caesar salad didn’t resemble a real Caesar at all — it seemed to be made with frozen kale or something similarly tasteless instead of romaine. The burgers were simple but okay.
