Four Points by Sheraton Tucson Airport

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left me no choice.|During my stay, I found something truly unacceptable — a container of rotten, moldy food left inside the microwave when I first entered the room. The smell was so strong it was impossible to ignore, and it made me question whether the room had been cleaned at all before I arrived.||When I tried to bring this and another billing issue to the attention of the front desk, the manager on duty was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or helping, I was met with a cold attitude that made me feel like I was the problem for speaking up.||On top of that, I had been overcharged on an earlier stay. I was told a refund would be issued, but it never happened despite multiple follow-ups.||Between the lack o

Positive: Easy parking availability Negative: The Hotel is miserably under staffed. Housekeeping staff does their best, but it took 4 days to get room serviced....speaking to management daily while they claimed services were rendered or pointed fingers at coworkers. Leadership here is disingenuous.

This facility missed the mark for our stay. I’ve stayed at many 4 point Sheratons over the years and this did not meet the mark i have come to expect. Booked a room in Advance, but on arrival was told that what was booked and confirmed was not available. I was offered a lesser option, but said that was not acceptable. Eventually what i booked for room was found. The room was very underwhelming. The towel holder behind the door that was ready to fall off. The handle for the shower, has no set screw and fell off using the shower. The laminate to carpet transition has a small piece of metal poking up. Big mistake step[ping on it in bare feet. The coffee cup lids did not fit the cups. The Cream rinse container was empty. The bathroom was so small that the door barely passes by the front of the

Bathroom is on the small side, however the bed was super comfy, and the Sol restaurant was great. Breakfast was really good, and the Salmon rice bowl for dinner was absolutely fantastic!! Staff was nice and accommodating for our group meeting. Really no complaints. Would absolutely stay here again =)

We stayed here out of convenience and reasonable pricing over the last 2 years. Its clean and has a restaurant/bar onsite. The staff is polite but not anticipatatory. There is nothing above and beyond about this hotel and little to no concerns. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but its next to the airport.
